Return & Exchange Policy (14-Day Guarantee)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • In the same condition received

Exchange Option (Recommended)

If your clothing set is not to your liking, you may request a free exchange for a new set of equal value.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Process your exchange within 3–7 business days
  • Ship your replacement set directly to you

Refund Option

If you prefer, you may request a refund instead of an exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.

Dropshipping Notice

As a dropshipping store, items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. For this reason:

  • Return addresses may vary depending on the supplier
  • You must contact us before sending any returns so we can provide the correct return location
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We cover shipping for replacement items in approved exchange cases

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritize a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through customer use or wear
